One of the most effective means of limiting federal government spending would cost next to nothing. Simply have national elections on April 14, the day before federal taxes are due.

Where is our president?
Muammar Gaddafi has all but crushed the pro-democracy movement in Libya. Expect our president to take a bold stand and decisive action any day now.
